Shipping your VersaTube Steel Building Kit |
|

Your steel building kit will arrive via one of our contract carriers. Residential delivery of your steel structure is available for a small extra charge. |
|
|
|
VersaTube will furnish our carrier with your telephone numbers and they will call you when your kit is in. If you choose to pick up your steel building at the terminal, you should have a standard sized pickup truck or trailer to haul your building kit. We package our steel building kits using our specialized compact packaging method. Our pallets are 128” long, so if you are using solely a pickup truck, you’ll need to put the tailgate down. The terminal will load the steel building kit into your truck. Be sure to use strong tie-down straps to secure your load. |

Filing a Claim for Damaged/Missing Merchandise |

99.9% of our deliveries arrive complete and in perfect condition. Occasionally however pallets get unbundled. Please be sure to make a note of that on the Shipping Manifest or Claims Form if you notice any issues with deliver, including unbundled pallets, damage or missing components. Make sure the driver leaves you a signed copy of your noted way bill. Like we said 99.9% of our deliveries arrive complete and in perfect condition, but if you have any issues upon delivery we will be sure to have you covered. |

Please send us a copy the noted way bill in the unlikely event there are any damaged or missing parts, we will gladly file your claim for reimbursement to the freight company. Once you send us the Claims Form / Noted Way Bill, we will ship out the missing parts immediately.
